A deposit of 50% of the total amount of the reservation is required to confirm the reservation. The balance must be paid upon delivery of the ski equipment.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date to be eligible for a refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the delivery date are not eligible for a refund.
The client is responsible for any damage caused to the rented ski equipment during the rental period. A replacement fee will be charged for any damaged or lost equipment.
Helmets are mandatory for all skiers and snowboarders.
Delivery and return times for ski equipment are flexible, but must be agreed in advance with the rental company.
The ski equipment must be returned in a clean and functional condition. An additional cleaning fee may be charged for equipment returned in an excessively dirty condition.
The customer must provide a valid ID and credit card upon delivery of the ski equipment.
